Always friendly. They had my loan done in the time they said and was a very straight forward easy process. Communication was always open and clear. Will definitely continue to bank with them!

Rein was super helpful with getting an additional account set up for my family member. She walked them through the app making sure it was good to go upon leaving and how to do their first deposit.

I am secretary of Friends of the Mountain Bay Trail and we needed to remove and add new signers on our account. The new treasurer, past treasurer and I met with Nettie Novitski at the Shawano office who was very patient and professional in helping us accomplish our goals. We were very pleased with her guidance and assistance!

We worked with Rachel Fredericksen and couldn't have been more pleased. She's the epitome of an awesome Member Service Rep. We will work with her whenever we get the chance. She was so courteous, informative and patient with us. Jobe well done Rachel! Thanks again!😀

I was shocked and frustrated by Coverage Credit Union’s new online banking policy. You can no longer access your online account at all unless you agree to go completely paperless. There is no option to keep paper statements and still log in online. I help my elderly parents manage their finances. They are not comfortable navigating websites on their own, but they do rely on paper statements each month to balance their accounts. At the same time, waiting a full month to see new deposits (like Social Security) makes it unnecessarily difficult to help them stay on top of their finances. When I went into the branch to check their account online, I was told the only way to proceed was to enroll in paperless statements. When I called to confirm, the call center flatly said yes — if you don’t go paperless, you lose online access entirely. Your only options are to call the call center with questions or wait for the paper statement to arrive. This policy feels outdated, inflexible, and completely unfriendly to seniors and caregivers. It should be our choice how we receive statements, not a requirement tied to basic account access. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere more modern and customer-focused. Chase, for example, allows both online access and paper statements with no issue. Much easier to work with. Very disappointed in Coverage Credit Union.
Weekdays 9am–4pm typically have the shortest wait times for new member inquiries.
