Excellent experience! Our loan officer is the best...and we have been with some who have not been good. The young lady is most approachable and quite good at what is required for any transaction. Thank you, Comm1stCU

Will never recommend. A family member had their account hacked and emptied in Nov. 2025. As of March 8, 2026, the funds have not been returned. There has been no communication from anyone at the credit union, in spite of repeated phone calls, emails and visits to meet with managers. Several complaints have been made with various state agencies, with no results.

I've been with this credit union for decades and recently the online experience and service has dropped enough to go elsewhere. Their new motto is "we'll find a way to make banking worse."

Went in with cash to get a couple rolls of quarters for a local fundraiser, and they refused because I didn't have an account there. I went to the gas station who happily exchanged my cash for quarters. What a ridiculous policy. You're not "community first."
