Tried to deposit my rent check like I do every month for over the last year MORGAN in the drive thru was extremely rude and unprofessional and didn’t seem to even know how to deposit the check. The experience from the time she opened the drawer and said “do you have something to give me” to “what do I do with this” to the “that doesn’t help me at all” along with not being trained to know how to deposit a simple check to her snarky good bye will have me NEVER being a member at Fox and never returning to this branch. I have never had a problem at the Kimberly location. I am currently at the Kimberly location to deposit the check since MORGAN doesn’t seem to know how to do her job and is extremely unprofessional.

Been a member since I was in high school, but its been nothing but a hassle for anything! Fought tooth & nail for anything with this place! Not realizing credit unions are for businesses, and actual banks are for the people. Wire transfers for over 7yrs do you think they would help figure something out, nope! They dont help they just suck your money through intrest...

honestly, don’t even deserve a star. after depositing checks and having them approved they didn’t move any money into my account. really frustrating because this has happened before and took 4 days before any of the money from my checks reached my account.

1) Why do I need an appointment to open a new account? 2) Way to ever call back to confirm the appointment 3) Great job booking an appointment on a day you'd be closed. I thought Associated Bank was bad.... Geez

I just want to commend Loan Officer Charlene Besch. Recently I got a personal loan through Foxcu. I needed it the day of. It was short notice to have it processed and filed. Char was professional and straightforward. She was quick with emails and informative. The process was very easy and upfront. She was a doll. Thank you!
