Their customer service has really gone downhill. They used to be a great bank, but lately the staff has come across as unhelpful and unfriendly. It’s disappointing to see such a change.

Moving away from the Arcadia community didn't stop me from using ACU as my financial institution. Even from a distance, they are great!

Great small town credit union with competitive rates. Why bank at a large bank when you can bank local. I've banked with ACU as long as I can remember and I've never had a bad experience with them. Give them your business and give them a chance.
