New mortgage process through Brooke was exceptional. Prompt, thorough, good communication every step of the way. Even with a tight timeframe and several surprises, she pulled it off. Everyone in the building has been cordial and helpful. The phone app is also a huge plus-- it's easy to understand and very easy to use.

Great Bank with Top-Notch Service! This is hands down the best bank in town—sorry, not sorry! I prefer the Co-op because of the amazing staff. While their interest rates didn’t compete with Altra for my loan, they’re still a solid bank with a great crew. I appreciate their security measures when new employees double-check my identity—it might annoy some, but I like the extra protection. Flawless service, easy money transfers, and a user-friendly app make banking here a breeze!

The customer Benora McBride contacted Co-op Credit Unions Brooke Aldach somewhere around 11:30 for a home loan, by 1:30 the loan process was complete from Allison Gerke. A large thank you to these two for such a quick and complete mortgage commitment to a new Black River Falls resident with professional services and new homeowner. Sincerely, Tom Tomter, Clearview Realty.

My husband and I have been members of the credit union since 2012 or 2013. We love doing business with them. They have such a smooth loan process and everyone is always helpful at all of their multiple locations. They work hard for their customers and will always do their best to provide options even for people who don’t have the best credit. Love the CCU and all of its employees!

I love the customer care CCU provides. I moved to California and stayed with CCU even though there are no branches in California. Direct deposit worked great so I could use my card. Any issues I encountered were quickly resolved when I called their customer service line.
