Despite usually coming in with account issues, always my fault, the tellers and manager always help me through them. They are always pleasant about it and I don't feel foolish. I do like this level of personalized service. I also feel safe in knowing my accounts are well taken care of. This is why I have been a member for nearly 40 years.

To be completely honest, if i could rate zero I would. The entirety of my term with Prime, I dealt with only 1 helpful pleasant person. The outlandish, ridiculous terms they have are insane. I've had several people look over my billing statements and finance paperwork and no one thinks it seems legit. I would never recommend this business to anyone. On top of very odd interest structure, I had to message in, not once, not twice but THREE times to have somone actually reach out to me about my concerns. You cannot make a principal only payment online. I've financed previously and have never had that issue. You also cannot pay more than a certain amount per month online, which translates to me as "sorry we need to earn as much as possible from you" trying to pay off my loan was not smooth at all. Even just trying to log in to make a payment was like jumping through hoops. Have to verify identity with a security code at first login. Sure, not a problem, I get that. I then am logged into my account, want to make a payment, I have to verify again, mind you I logged in and did the same thing moments ago. The best part about the 2nd verification, sometimes the website would reload before getting my code in. Very frustrating. Dont walk, RUN from this credit union.

I live on Florida and still keep my account in Wisconsin. I trust them and they always have a solution without being on hold. Good job!
