Jacqueline Tate helped myself and my husband today, and what could have been a 2 minute job became an hour long one. Jacqueline asked the best questions and helped us make good decisions we didn't even know we needed. Her expertise and patience helped us open 2 more accounts and also save us so much more money! Smiling all the while, she was patient and kind and very knowledgeable. I enjoyed having her help us.

I've been a member for about 10 years. I've gotten 2 car loans and 1 personal loan during this time. They have always worked with me when I needed to refinance, pay late, etc. For my personal loan, they even extended the amount of time they usually give because it was an emergency and I couldn't afford much. Just amazing people who will work with you if you work with them. I am now getting my 3rd car loan through them! Thanks RCU!

Jacqueline Tate assisted me by improving the way I access my banking information. She also showed me how to easily transfer funds to my grandson, and she showed me numerous ways to easily keep track of activity in my checking account. She was very helpful and extremely pleasant to work with.
