Scam artists! Lisa Potuznik lied to my wife multiple times while trying to get a used car loan. We do most of our banking through FCCU, checking, savings, refied our Harley through them. One of our cars died and we needed to get a replacement, FCCU set us up with Lisa, and what an absolute nightmare. Lisa Potuznik told us we needed to find a vehicle before she could start the pre-approval process, so we found one. Then Lisa Potuznik said she needed the make, model, year, VIN, etc, which we had already provided. Then Lisa Potuznik told us we could get a lower interest with a newer vehicle, 2021 or newer, that would be less than 9%. So we found a 2021 car and went through everything, was told the interest rate would be lower, to find out it would still be 8-9+% interest. Now my wife signed a purchase agreement because she was forced to test drive the vehicle and agree to buy it before we knew the final terms. FCCU needs to investigate Lisa Potuznik, and their practices. Edit: We got way better financing from the dealership in a day, after dealing with FCCU and that nonsense for 2 weeks, 1.5% apr LESS, $1000 less down, 2 year shorter term, and $50 less per month. EDIT 2: The new app is awful, it has different due dates and different amounts on the different due dates for our refinanced Harley loan that we made the mistake of joining FCCU to refinance it. FCCU, you are the worst financial institution I have ever used.

NO STARS. Sr. Citizen on social security paid bills on auto pay. Their computer failed, down for two months without notice this messing a lot of customers up. My auto pays were not made. I lost everything. Was told by FCCU all was paid. I am now uninsurable, bad credit rating. And they topped that off by suing me without Service. Just found out. $3400 on auto insurance FCCU carries on loans. Which I was only paying $52 a month new co. They won, of course. I do not understand how this can be justice. I still have the contract they were to pay auto pay. Board approved..Goes against the Bylaws of FCCU and American Credit Union national practices. They refuse my calls, etc. Auto ins co. only wanted them to say it wasn't my error but their broken machine. They refused. They like Ed to the Judge, to me, to bed ard and my loan officer, a

I have always been very happy with FCC until today. Over the w/e I lost my wallet, prompting me to suspend my debit card. Today I went into the Jefferson branch for a replacement. I explained the situation to Jamie A. She was not only unempathetic, but then also informed me that I would be charged a $10 replacement fee. During the course of our interaction, not once could she offer up an 'I'm sorry', or even a smile for that matter. Out of all the customer service representatives I spoke with today (due to this fiasco), she was the worst.

A credit union charging its members new monthly fees for not having enough money in their account is inexcusable. For the people? Nope, not the ones login paycheck to paycheck, those folks get more fees. You are part of the problem and after 15 years here, I shut down my account. The new app launch a while back was a disaster. Waiting on hold for 30 minutes for bad customer service isn’t ok. We’re beyond disappointed. And now absolutely disgusted with your “credit union”

Have they just gotten too big? Thought I lost my wallet so I called to put a hold my accounts when I called back the next day after finding my cards Brittany said the accounts had never had holds placed on them. Then she asked about updating my address which I had already done in the main office with Joe. I had signed the form and everything. I remember how personable and reliable FCCU once was but now I am not so sure. Since posting my review, member services did try to correct the problems so I feel that I should give them another star for trying.
