I have had my account since I was 12, I'm 25 now and this location has been the best for me. They always help me when I need it and answer my questions even when I ask 20 of them in 6 minutes. I'm looking forward to keeping my account active for a long time. Because I know capital is going to take care of me in the long run.

I always have an issue at this location. When you tell them to withdraw money from a certain account they take it out of the wrong account and then when you try to double check they'll tell you oh it's not going to be updated on the app when literally few moments I check and it shows so whoever is working here clearly don't know what they're doing so do not come to this location unless you really have to.

Look I'm not mad at this company I'm mad at myself but they really need a forgot user ID button on the website I forgot my user id and password because I am stupid but of course it's on a Friday night and they aren't open on Saturdays or Sundays so I have to wait for two days to call because I can't do it with the answering machine. But other than that you guys have really good service and nice people

Lied to my wife about changing our payment and messed up the budget. When contacted about the issue The only offer they suggested was to credit the overpayment to the loan. Just keeping the money instead of staying true to the change that they said would happen. Not the first time they’ve messed things up on us either. Can’t wait till till the loan is paid off, so we don’t have to deal with them anymore!!!!!!!

This is the worst location. 4 people deep in line and 3 tellers standing around doing nothing. One is literally on her phone in the drive through area. Very few English speakers. Horrible service. Watched the Teller Supervisor just go into her office and shut the door while there's 5 people waiting. She's not above her staff and should be setting an example by jumping in to help customers
Weekdays 9am–4pm typically have the shortest wait times for new member inquiries.
