I’ve been with PCM for at least ten years now and have done most of my financial stuff with them. Started out with an auto refinance, I’ve since had a couple auto loans, mortgage, estate account for my mom, checking, savings, and my now-adult children use them too! It’s so nice to have a local company to do business with. Usually I can do everything on the app but when I need to, I feel comfortable calling or going into the branch. Every experience I’ve had there has been great, everyone is super helpful and friendly. I always recommend, thanks for the years of great service!

I have been with this credit union for 10+ and the staff as well as the environment of the work place glows when you walk in. Any questions I’ve had, staff answers. If I need help with finances, PCMCU is my first call. Thank you ladies for making my banking experience wonderful.

Staff was friendly. However as much as they claim to be different than other Credit Unions, they are EXACTLY the same.. They boast about financial success, and going above and beyond by providing member-owners benefits and advantages over other financial institutions. Great for someone who's looking for a new bank, but not for someone who needs an opportunity to rebuild credit.

Have been with PCMCU since they bought my CU out and they have so much to offer. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new financial and even if you aren't, check them out, you might change your mind. For a small credit union they have it all and it's fantastic how they keep up on the latest tech and making banking easy no matter how you want to do it; in lobby, drive thru, phone, mobile. PCM lives up to its name and does get to know its members and they take pride in that, which is quite special. Some of the products they offer are unbeatable and they like to keep the offerings simple and easy to understand, which is great and if nothing else ask one of their wonderful employees, they'll be happy to help you out and recommend what is best for you.

PCM Credit Union has THE WORST BANKING APP for phones ever!!! Does not work at all!!! Good luck online banking! Who even knows if the app is secure with people’s money and information!?
