We just moved to the area and wanted to get our car loan refinanced. Emily was an absolute pleasure to work with and so is the rest of the staff. Everyone is so nice, and accommodating! We had already made up our mind to submit the application that very day we came and were able to get through with it. For other documents and receipts, Emily was on top of things and really worked around my convenience to have those sent via email. So grateful! I'm now excited to hopefully pay my loan off sooner with a much better APR. And I look forward to heading back to the team again for my future purchases. :)

I've been doing my banking here since I was a kid and have always been treated with respect. Every employee at WMCU that I've met has been nothing short of amazing, and they're always happy to help! Now in my adult years they've made getting a loan easy and exciting! Thanks to loans thru WMCU, I'm driving in my dream vehicle with some fun toys in my garage to go with it.

This is my second car loan with WMCU and I have nothing but great things to say. They make everything SO seamless! The staff is super personable, friendly and great to work with. As far as the guy that rated them a “1”…must be a disgruntled Wells Fargo customer or something, because this credit union and the people working there are top notch! I highly recommend and won’t bank anywhere else! Thank you WMCU for doing what you do!
