No communication, seems if your not the right color they don’t care. Call multiple times to talk to them goes to voicemail. Had to go to the branch after a few days to get an update on a loan. Do not recommend.

I have banked here my whole life, but have tried other banking institutions when living elsewhere. Unison has really stepped up their game in the last several years with the digital banking and putting the right people in the right positions. Most recently I dealt with Ryan, Theo mortgage loan officer. This is my 3rd? Time dealing with Ryan and he absolutely knocks it out of the park. Takes the time to explain things, understands your situations, works with you, and helps you get what you need. Highly recommend Ryan and Unison!

For my last (2) vehicles I have gone with Unison because they have the best rates in the Fox Valley, and I will continue in the future because it has always been a good experience. Gage, at the Kaukauna location, did an exceptional job, and he was great to work with!

Very upset right now. My family has been banking with Unison for over 20 years. Yesterday I was in hospital having an MRI and didn't realize I didn't leave enough funds in my account for our gas and electric bill. Instead of trying to get hold of me to let me know so I could transfer to cover it, they kicked it back to my gas and electric company. Besides that, they charged me $30 NSF fee. We may lose our gas and electric budget because of this. My family is planning on closing all 6 accounts from Unison to find a credit union with NSF protection. I would never recommend Unison to anyone.

We would like to thank Ryan Rothe and Unison Credit Union for once again making dreams come true. Unison always goes above and beyond for their members and their service is phenomenal. We couldn't be more thankful!
