Here's a revised version of your statement for clarity and grammar: --- Honestly, everyone is friendly in person; however, their system, follow-up process, paperwork, and oversight leave a lot to be desired. There is no app, and the payment process is a hassle. I was contacted about a missed payment of $12 after they incorrectly processed my auto loan and didn’t realize for two months that it had been entered with the wrong taxes applied. The payment in question had already been made a month prior, but they insisted on the extra $15 immediately, not with the next payment. After we came to a solution to pay half the taxes out of pocket after a nearly 10k down payment and accept a reduced loan rate by 0.20% or something close my payment still increased by $15. How is that possible when I paid the difference? It felt scammy. They will also send late notices despite on-time payments because their system can’t process payments for a week after they’re made. So, if you’re not paying a week or more in advance, you’re considered late! As someone who consistently makes payments on time, this is not the hassle I want in my life.

After regretfully getting a vehicle loan through this marvelous bank, I have tried to contact the woman that is in charge of refinancing auto loans for 3 months straight. I’ve left 7-10 voice messages on her phone, that might as well be unplugged. Of the 20+ phone calls that I have made, she has not answered the phone ONCE, it’s actually impressive how poor this bank is with customer service.

Out of date credit union. Been waiting over 3 weeks for my replacement debit card. I called today only to find out it was never ordered. Also my initial visit wasn't great either. Even though the woman helping me informed me the chip malfunction was happening to many. The bank manager grabbed my card from the tellers hand and was rudely telling me my card was not in the best shape. The area where chip was flawless with barley a scratch. She then proceeded to threaten too charge me for a new one. I will be taking my business elsewhere soon. UPDATE/ I was contacted by some sort of operations manager and he was helpful and very apologetic. I finally received my card two days ago. Well over a month and a half. I am increasing my stars to 3 for Michael's efforts.

The cashier seems to have problems focusing her eyes and remembering what was said twenty seconds after I said it. I thought she was going to go to sleep standing at the counter. I wanted to cash a check for four hundred dollars and receive two hundred dollar coins to give out for Christmas presents but she convinced me to withdrawal the money from my account because it was easier to do. Sometimes a lack of customer service can be outright hilarious.
