It was a nice place to go and do your banking transactions. I got my mortgage through marine and was so glad that I could go to my back and pay right there and keep track if it. One I find out my mortgage account was sold off without any notice NOTHING. they never notified me and l didn't think a union bank would go off and sell your loan. In My opinion that seems pretty shady and untrustworthy for them too do

I applied for a loan to consolidate my debt and I honestly left the interaction feeling fast talked and bamboozled. They offered more than what I asked for and I used my car as collateral. I only had about $1800 left to pay on my car. So after they paid that off, they added in a bunch of things that they made seem like were just free perks. Ended up that all of those things costed. It was almost $4000 in fees and "perks" leaving me with much less, like a third, of the money that went to me. So, not only was I not able to do all of the things I actually needed to do to consolidate and pay down my debt, I'm stuck paying off a "loan" that I really didn't even get. I can't wait to be done paying off this loan because I'm closing my account here and moving all my business to Altra. I honestly wish I had gone to them for the loan instead.

The Marine Credit Union employees and the loan officer who helped me get a car loan or very nice very understanding they are working with me based on my income and my budget be able to get a reliable vehicle to give me two from work and school they were really nice to me don't have any bad experience or nothing bad to say any of your employees. I am very thankful and blessed that I am able to get a car loan with you guys and that yeah so and don't take things for granted very thankful and grateful for this opportunity to work for what you guys also to improve my credit even more so that's a good thing about this car loan program too so it helped you to improve your credit too. They seem nice enough, but there is this "tall-ish" white man with brown hair and a scruffy beard. He has this habit of giving the NASTIEST side-eye I've ever seen. Very noticable. I understand La Crosse is a small town, but he legitimately looked like he was scared I was going to rob him or something the entire time I was there. It was the first time anyone has made me so uncomfortable about a location that I feel like it reflects poorly on the ENTIRE facility as a whole. Made me completely and absolutely uncomfortable. Strong negative. Won't be returning to this location. 🫡
