I have been a member of the Madison Credit Union for over 30 years and they have been amazing! I struggled financially for a while and Laura and the loan department helped me get on track and as a result, I have a credit rating over 780. Scott has also been so helpful with providing financial support. If you are looking for a solid group to help guide you financially and provide great service, this in my opinion is the best! They build a relationship with those that choose them as their financial institution. Thank you to all the staff!

Best Credit Union in Madison, WI. Everyone knows your name, they are all so nice and very helpful. Took a trip to Italy and something weird happen to my card. Called them to report it and they assured us that nothing would go thru from that place in Italy. Card was fine the rest of trip. Never saw anything from that venue in the months after!!!

I have been a member for nearly 30 years and would not do my banking any other location. Unlike “chain” financial institutions, the folks here have been working there for years and they know my name. Does your bank know your name? The staff are friendly and helpful . The president Ilene is present and accessible. Free ATM transactions at other credit unions. App to deposit checks from anywhere. A full range of services. And, a convenient bricks and mortar central location on 900 block of East Wash. Recommend VERY highly. Why are you still paying so much to stay at your current bank? Change to a credit union …..it’s in your best interest!

I’ve belonged to this organization for 50 years, from the time it was named City Employees Credit Union. They have held my mortgage , home improvement and car loans, savings and checking accounts. My wife and two children have also had accounts with MCU. They provide all the great services one would expect including my ability to wire any amount of money to my children in Washington State for no charge. The most important reason for belonging to this credit union is that during the entire time there has always been at least one long term employee who knows me by name. While all the people there are great to work with, this personal relationship makes Madison Credit Union feel like home.
