I went to UW Credit Union today to withdraw money at their ATM but needed to exchange the bills I received. The woman at the counter was rude and said she couldn’t do it because I wasn’t a UW credit member. It was very bizarre. I ended up going across the street to US Bank and they were happy to do the exchange. Will not become a UW Credit member because of this interaction.

Hello friends, I can definitely appreciate this bank branch for their curtious professionalism with a smile. Upon entering the establishment there's always someone to greet you from the front desk offering help and giving direction to your needs. The staff here know me and my name and it makes you feel a bit more welcomed. I'm sure the other branches would accommodate in similar fashion if I'd frequent their locations, however this one's closer. I've never been misdirected or sent home with more questions than when I had arrived. God bless this bank and all that work here.

Matthew Stringer helped me refinance a loan and was so incredibly helpful, informative and made this process actually enjoyable. Absolutely love credit unions but UW will have my business for life based on the customer service alone. A very refreshing experience in today's climate!

I love UW Credit Union! 50 year member here! Every branch I’ve been to has been helpful. But what stands out above EVERY other financial institution I’ve ever used is their online service. Not perfect, but very close, and they keep improving it.

Opening a checking and savings account with UW Credit Union was such a great experience.
