Do not go through them for a home loan, their home loan process is so backwards and will end up costing you money. Was with them for 17 years and will be closing my account as soon as my car loan is paid off.

Tyler was great! Helped us push through paperwork to get the check for a new car we were buying after are contact at another office was on PTO. Even stayed a little after to make sure we could go get the car that night! Above and beyond service!

Took me 3 days to get in touch with the person. Ollie the automated assistant really sucks. Their website says they do participate in the Wisconsin Credit Union co-op program, but then I was told that they do not, even though my credit union showed a Prime Financial to United one Co-op relationship. Basically, I think they don't like dealing with the public so if you can go anywhere else, you're probably better off.

Recently went to my bank to consolidate 1 loan from them and another from a different bank and the process was very easy and options available. In long run they were able to save me a few hundred on payments each month so was definitely a win for us all.
