My family and I have been banking with Simplicity Credit Union (Marshfield Branch) since they went from Central City Credit Union to Simplicity Credit Union. We moved about 3 hours from the three branches, but we continue to stay true to Simplicity. I tell you this because Simplicity has made banking long distance a breeze. Everything we need is at a finger tip or a phone call away. When you do call, the service is friendly and respectful. They listen to my issues or concerns. Then I get either help right there or referred to another person with more expertise to handle my banking needs. My last contact was today, and I was able to refinance my new vehicle by making a call, sending in my application via on-line, then a phone call appointment, after credit check and application approval, I signed my papers for the refinance loan. Interest rate and monthly payment was exactly what I was looking for. The loan officer was Suzannah and she was amazing. So from start to finish, it took less than 3 days. Remember I live 3 hours from any branch so she made this very convenient for me. Thank You Simplicity Credit Union! Dale

My husband and I have had accounts here for over 20 years. The team is always extremely prompt whether we are going through the drive through or inside. We have also used them for all of our auto and camper loans. They have always been the best rate, work super fast to get it processed, and check in with us along the way. I love being able to email or text our reps and have answers in minutes. Thanks for the great service!

Simplicity makes banking easy ( simple). I started with a car loan, and savings account. Recently worked with Jason for retirement planning. Yesterday I opened a checking account with new debit card. Noah and Kara assisted with the application, and after work I was able go through the drive through and pick up my new debit card. Same day and seamless transition!!

I just worked with Suzannah on refinancing a vehicle loan. Not only did she do an amazing job she made it super easy. Even when I was hard to get ahold due to cell service where im working she still made it all go smooth! I have been with simplicity for years and have always had good experiences even with moving out of wisconsin they are still my go to credit union!

I ran in to get a cashiers check Shannon could see I was in a hurry and called me over to help me and he still took the time to be ever so friendly and personable! He was such a wonderful young man!! Great smile too !!
