VCCU is a member-centered, solutions-oriented credit union! Hydee S. (Operations Supervisor) and Becky (Branch Manager) for the Mosinee VCCU Branch have been more helpful than I can put into words! They have been with me since opening my account, helped me recover from identity fraud, and are still actively engaged and helping me get my financial life back on track. No other bank or credit union would consider me even though the issues were due to fraud. I was treated like a person, and given the support and tools/services I've needed to overcome being a victim of fraud. Truly wonderful human beings at work here!! I have never felt like I belonged at a credit union the way I have with VCCU.

I want to give a huge THANK YOU to Valley Communities Credit Union, even though I’m actually a Bank of America customer! When I fell victim to a large fraudulent ACH transfer that severely compromised my bank account, I reached out personally to the Valley Communities team via Facebook to alert them and seek their help from clear across the country in Beaverton, Oregon. I was delighted to receive a personal phone call from CEO Kelly Hladovcak, who assured me that she and COO Adam Dykman would work closely with BoA on my case. If you know anything about fraud cases, you know scammers are increasingly sophisticated, and it’s highly likely that the funds would never be recovered despite the banks’ best efforts. In my case, Valley Communities recovered the majority of my funds. From start to finish, Adam was personally involved, guiding me through an extremely stressful and emotional situation with professionalism, empathy, and remarkable follow-through. If you want a credit union that goes above and beyond—even for someone who isn’t their customer—Valley Communities is exceptional. I am deeply grateful for their help.

I have been a customer of this Valley Communities CU for a decade now and have never fealt so disrespected, unimportant and frankly ghosted by an establishment of which I have always thought so highly of, up until recently. I have been working with Jolene at the Mosinee branch on a atm/debit card issue. I was advised two weeks ago by her, that she would follow up with me within a day approximately with a resolution or update on the issue at hand. That never happened. Nothing has happened in fact. I was then physically at the bank a week ago, and asked the Teller to please have Jolene reach out to me with an update, as it had already been a week with zero contact or update from her or anyone for that matter. Now it's been 2 weeks as of today and still no call, email, letter...absolutely nothing. I am very dissatisfied and disappointed. Valley, where is the customer service? Does customer satisfaction just not matter to you? Or is it a matter of how much someone has in their accounts that deems whether a member is worthy of a follow up/callback? It is not the customers responsibility to chase after you for an update/follow up. If you provide a customer an ETA for a callback and follow up, then you should be following through with that expectation that was given to your customer. Why am I still waiting and chasing you for an update and resolution for 2 weeks now, after being given an expectation of 1 day for an update/resolution?
Weekdays 9am–4pm typically have the shortest wait times for new member inquiries.
