Joe is truly exceptional at what he does! During a very stressful financial situation, he showed an incredible level of patience, empathy, and professionalism. He was always responsive, took the time to thoroughly explain everything, and handled every interaction with care and respect. What stood out most was his ability to stay calm and understanding, even when I was overwhelmed. He went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled thoroughly and that I felt confident in the outcome. Joe is a huge asset to this team, and his dedication to his clients does not go unnoticed. I highly recommend working with him—you’ll be in great hands!

I was extremely disappointed in the way my family and I were treated by the loan manager Rebecca Ballman for a house loan. Being new to the process I felt hesitant to ask her any questions as she got defensive very quickly. I explained to her that this is her area of expertise and I know it can be frustrating when someone doesn’t understand the process but we’re new. I have had no issues with any other department so I was extremely shocked how my family and I were treated.

Today’s transactions were interesting to say the least. I went in to remove some cash from my small account I have there Three thousand not to much . I was questioned as to my purpose for the withdrawal…. I don’t think I have them The answer they wanted I simply stated “ because it’s mine “ they gave me the money. It was to pay down a high interest credit card. Later in thehatternoon I found out the same credit union had been removing funds from my primary checking account for two months after the loan had been paid off? When questions about this the customer service rep that was on the phone told me it was my responsibility to contact my primary bank and stop the issue??!! No it’s not . This person was rude nasty and continuously talked over me even after I asked her to stop. This credit union needs to take stock in how “ Customer Service “ works because this is not it

My husband and I have been members over 40 years . New Holstein staff have always been professional, friendly and informative. Any loan transactions were done with knowledgeable personnel who answered any questions we had and gave complete explanations of the procedure. It's nice to have a financial institution that has been here for so many years.

When I became a member of this bank I was told by Karen there were no overdraft fees. Down the road I was charged with overdraft fees; I told Karen the situation and she waived them. I thought she would have set me up with overdraft protection like I asked her to and thought she did, but recently I was charged several times in a week for over draft fees cause their express banking was down and I was unable to log in to move money. I go on this morning to balance checkbook and the system is down again as it is many times; I email Karen but go figure she is on vacation til next Wednesday. I call during hours this morning and no one answers. I try several times to log on today and each time express banking page was not working. I asked a couple friends to try and they too were unable to log on. Not many people bank there that I know cause this place is unprofessional and don’t take care of their members. It is now 10 pm and still unable to log on. Way to go PFCU! One day my daughter was real excited to open an account with her birthday money. I take her to the bank after school and Sarah told me we cannot do anything without my daughters social security number. Sorry I don’t carry that on me and sorry your team member did not inform me to bring it with when I planned ahead of time and called ahead of time and asked what I all needed to open a joint account for my daughter. Lack of community and procedure! She could have at least started the paper work and I could have called five minutes after leaving when I got home with her social security number. Instead of working with us she choose to ruin my daughters excitement. Down the road my 13 year old daughter has to use her points before they expire and she was not impressed with her choices. There was nothing of interest for her age group so she picked a boy toy for her younger half brother. I informed the team and they replenished the prizes sting she can come back and pick something out but my daughter has zero interest to go back there. I don’t blame her. Recently I took out a loan and I was told any money I pay towards the loan will go towards principal and not interest. My fault for not logging into mortgage account sooner but I was under impression I was making extra payments towards principal. But after several months I log on and notice all my extra payments are going to more interest than principal. I inform James and he reversed all my extra payments and puts all my payments back into my checking rather than taking all the payments and putting them towards the principal. Now I’m even instead of ahead with payments. I am currently looking to bank elsewhere...
