I recently bought a truck and financed with Altra Great service during the loan process Terrible service when it comes to title work and registration It has been almost 60 days and still no registration. All they say it will be another two weeks ! Unexceptionable. Someone needs to do better. Was told this is done remotely from someone who does not work in a branch (from home)… do better at least make an attempt at your job and not keep people waiting and guessing Highly frustrating when it not that difficult to do .

I just want to thank Altra and its employees for the great experience at the paper shredding event yesterday. Everything was handled skillfully and what a wonderful benefit for the community. Nowadays with all the scams in our world, it is so important to shred our important documents. Thank you one and all!

Not happy at all with my experience. The very reason I was looking for a new bank was to continue to use Zelle and that was the first thing I asked and I was told "we sure do partner with Zelle" that has turned out to be a lie, strike one. I was then never asked for my email address or phone number but turns out you need that to set up online banking which I was unable to do and had to go back the next day only to find out all the things that were missed the day before. That teller was very nice and helpful just too bad I had to waste a trip back there for it, strike two. Now to top it off she told me that my first box of cheeks would be free but they would be just generic I said that's fine with me but wait turns out that was also a lie ! I did not receive any checks and when I asked when they should arrive I was told "we don't do that here" in regards to my asking about cheeks sooo strike three and as an honorable mention like I said before she didn't ask for my phone number so when I was trying to add my debit card to my Google wallet I couldn't because the number Altra had on file(somehow) didn't match the phone number I was using. So yes it's been so wonderful.
