I had a client that needed home and auto insurance but going through a tough time. The credit union stepped up and worked with us to get the insurance for both Auto and Home, even dropped the check off at our office next day paying premiums in full for one year. That is customer service at its best as these are the little things that make a big difference in life that you don't hear about. Great experience all around helping those in need by finding a way and not turn our backs.

Terrific Bank, very friendly and knowledgeable. And yes I have closed an account there too and was told to bring in any unused checks. This is a safeguard for YOU as well as the bank. Then no one can get their hands on them and write checks in your name giving you a bad credit rating.

Oshkosh Community Credit Union is Excellent. I have had several loans with them over the years. They have amazing interest rates and the staff is superb.

THIS BUSINESS PARTNERS WITH INSURANCE COMPANIES AND SELLS YOUR NAME AND ADDRESS TO THEM SO THEY CAN START FILLING YOUR MAILBOX WITH JUNK. I HAVE ASKED THEM THREE TIMES TO STOP AND THEY WILL NOT. LOOKING FOR A NEW BANK IF THEY WON'T STOP SELLING MY PERSONAL DATA. NOT HAPPY.
