My wife and I had, over time, misplaced all of our cards. I honestly felt dumb and irresponsible going into the bank. Tevin at the Oshkosh location made me feel not only welcome, but the process of replacing everything was so easy. I'm so glad I have such a wonderful branch and team nearby. Fabulous service.

I have been a Member of Ripple Credit Union since 1980-something when they were Health Care Credit Union. I have had great counter service and they were the first to give me a loan when I started over. They worked with me and my insurance company during my car accident to get me into a new vehicle sooner rather than later. 40 years later, I'm still here and ready for the new era!

The most unprofessional bank I have ever had the disservice of working with. I had a customer whose son passed away and had their vehicle towed to my repair facility. They ignored my calls and attempts to resolve the issue of the vehicle being in my possession with a lien with storage of $30/day. They ignored me for months last stating that they would talk to their board and get back to me after telling me he doesn’t owe me anything since I didn’t send them an invoice initially even though we were already in contact about the situation and the fees. It took me driving to his office in which the lobby tried to cover for him to get me to leave not once, but twice in one day. When Kevin did finally talk to me he had a lawyers number ready and offered no apology for the fact of a grieving mother passing her dead son’s car every day. Run away from this bank.

Tevin is amazing! I have been working with him for auto/personal loans for 3 years now. He always makes the process very simple and gives the best advice to have the best rate. Thank you Tevin!

We have several loans through Ripple CU and have been able to save a ton of money on our monthly payments. I recommend them to everyone we know. 💪
