Verve debt cards get hacked a lot. It takes a long time to get your money back. No apologies from the manager either. If you leave Wisconsin and don't tell them they lock your card but when your card gets used and gets a fraud alert for something out of the country they won't shut it down. Very disappointed how many times this happens not with just me but other people because on the debit card all the numbers are the same but the last 6. How easy to guess. Need better security!!!

My mother has been a member for many years. I stopped in one day to cash a check she had given me for my birthday. I was informed that they would charge $5 to cash the check even though it was her bank. When l refused they told me to go to my bank and cash it. Absolutely disgusting that you would treat members that way. I have other bad experiences there but it's not worth my time. I very much look forward to your canned response to my rating.

Verve is an amazing credit union. I will always work with them on any loans that I need! Their rates are amazing and customer service is excellent. If I could give them 10 stars, I would!

I had a breach, someone got into my account, had a cash advance made from my credit card to my checking and then said I owed THEM the money! Verve shut everything down, and helped me get started again! No money lost and I was confident that I was okay. They are really like family!

Mitchel did an excellent job helping my mom. He is 5 star. However Verve gets 3 stars for the not very good handling of my dad's accounts. Another employee earlier canceled my mom and dad's credit card and didn't explain to my mom what was going to happen with my dad, her husband's accounts.
