I wish I had gotten one of the mangers name to report her unprofessionalism. I used to love ECU but now some of the "hidden" policies are turning me off!

Top notch outfit with very intelligent, motivated and friendly people. Any problems pop up they handle with utmost professionalism and courtesy. Never had a problem that couldn't be resolved. Employees promote their business outside of the work environment. Love credit unions, especially this one! Great interactions always. Highly recommend ECU to anyone.

My account gets disabled all the time for no reason. I have had fraud charges on my account multiple times. The bank has the worst open hours I've ever seen and the wait times on the phone are often ridiculous.

We always have a great experience and support at ECU. Today was with Destiny Cruz-Nielsen, she was amazing! She helped us with many different things. She was very helpful, knowledgeable and we appreciate that she took her time to help us with all of our questions.

Have had, on numerous occasions, my card randomly disabled by ECU. This has happened tring to pay for a hair cut about 1 mi away or while traveling, which is quite inconvenient. My card has also been frauded more times than anyone I know. Beginning to question the level of risk at ECU. The employees are always apologetic, but that doesn't help much when I'm continually replacing my card and changing my auto pays.
Weekdays 9am–4pm typically have the shortest wait times for new member inquiries.
