I've been a member for 30 years or more. I hated to see Judy retire and now Rose. I'll miss her too. Not everything has been perfect but nothing ever is. I feel very comfortable as a client and that's important.

I spoke on the phone with a women named Aliyah (hopefully the spelling is correct). She was so helpful and her customer service was on point! Aliyah answered all of my questions :)

Take your business elsewhere. This credit union will nickel and dime your accounts until they are empty. You're penalized for not putting money into their coffers even if you are not overdrafted. I gave them two stars for being available to discuss a matter but not budging on their abhorrent practices. They really epitomized the stereotypical penny-pinching, fat cat notion of banking elitists.

Horrible customer service you have to almost beg for a call back or send multiple emails just to get an answer for almost anything . They either have poor communication skills or lack attention span because simply trying to get answers was exhausting. Got referred to by a couple people but it stops here

Great place for auto loans, we just refinanced our house on great rate! Never had a problem with this bank in the 15 years we've used them for our loans.
