This bank is absolutely awful. You literally can't spend your own damn money without jumping through hoops and arguing with their staff just to get approval. Apparently I now have to justify every single purchase and tell them exactly what I'm buying? These ancient, dinosaur-era banking systems can't disappear fast enough. Complete joke.

I applied for auto loan online. I got email the next day but that is when Communications ended up with Sheboygan area credit union. I sent a email to set up a time to do an auto refinance and no response! Then I called to speak to the loan officer and they told me to leave a voicemail and yet no response! I ended up calling twice and sending four emails and zero response from the credit union! I ended up doing an auto refinance instead of totally different credit union! I canceled my savings account And withdraw my money from Sheboygan area credit union. What upset me is they did a hard credit pull but couldn’t get in contact with me at all! This is unacceptable. I also sent an email about my complaint and be response so I’m leaving a review to warn others.

So glad my loan is done with this bank, so now I can close my account. Their system sucks! Locks you out of debt card when paying bills. Then get a return and charged a fee. When you have money in your account.

DONT USE THIS BANK! Their computer system likes too block your cards and access to your accounts. Ive had my card blocked multiple times for "automated system issues".
