I’ve been a long-time member and this is a wonderful bank to work with. Quick responses and made every loan process smooth/easy.

Ridiculous business and rude employees. Been banking there for awhile now and get direct deposit every month and they refuse to cash even small checks without a 7 day hold. My direct deposit can easily cover the amount. I tell them I need my funds before 7 days for my 5yr old type 1 diabetes supplies and she told me oh well. I will be switching banks!

Been banking here for decades, never had an issue with direct deposit, cashing checks, personal loans, mortgage and when it came to an auto loan loan they were the cheapest!

Without a doubt the most incompetent financial institution I have ever used in my life. No one seems to be able to complete any sort of task without consulting someone else for help. There is no sense of urgency whatsoever, expect to spend a minimum of 30 minutes there regardless of how simple your request.
