This Bank is charging overdraft fees when I should be taken out of saving they have even denied payments that should be automatic then charge me an overdraft fee. I will be taking them to small claims court as well as reporting them to the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) avoid this bank at all costs they have no adults working, just kids no adult supervision I guess

Very poor service, I used to brag about how great the service was atSuperior Choice Credit union, not anymore. Everytime you call, you are put on hold then they say they will call back if you leave a message, but they dont call back until 2-3 hours later if they call at all. What the heck happen to customer service.

SCCU Duluth started charging $5 per month on each account without prior notice for “inactivity fee”. They say that interest transactions are not “activity”. No one there would reimburse that fee because the manager was out to lunch. This amounted to $30. Did not know this because they send a statement only every 3 months. I closed all accounts. They tried moving $1 from one account to another to show “activity” but I would have to go there and do this monthly. This is a crappy way to do business. Don’t use this bank.

Every time I call the team is very helpful! I missed the persons name that helped me at the start but Breanna was very helpful in answering my more detailed questions.

Opened a joint account, set direct deposits, applied for a loan, nothing but problems since. She and I have outstanding credit, low debt to income, AND the bank said yes. Now they are asking for every detail of our finances or the loan will fall apart. We’ve already had earnest money taken from our joint account and paid the bank for appraisal. Also the Bank says I need to open an individual account. It has been one thing after another. We are going to need to provide all the information that we’ve given them AGAIN! This is stupid and we will leave at first possibility. Don’t bank here!
