My car was occupied the day I saw Lisa and team volunteering at a nonprofit event, and I needed to run to the bank after. Lisa and team offered to take my night deposit at the nonprofit event. I am so appreciative of Lisa and team for going way above and beyond. Thank you so much, happy to be a customer of this wonderful bank.

Every single employee here is nasty and sleezy. I absolutely regret getting a loan here. NO ONE ever answers the phone or returns emails, but all the nasty letters are sent out promptly - sometimes erroneously causing undo stress and it's especially insulting since you tried being proactive in the first place. You will have to pay surprise visits to talk to anyone. Their online self service website is unusable and by far the worst I've seen. The loan officer seems like he has had a few strokes and is not all there. You will be very frustrated banking here. Don't even test it. Avoid!!

I am currently in the process of closing down my checking and savings account here. I have had identity theft with this Bank four times in less than 7 years. They try blaming me for it but the bank is responsible for protecting my money since my money keeps them open and makes them money. If your bank account is drawn under they charge you $15 multiple times in a day. Not worth having my money here I can find way better banks with way better customer service and cheaper. I opened a better Business bureau report and whoever responded to that was very rude. I will take my business elsewhere.

The tellers and other staff are pretty nice, but their "policies" are ridiculous. I have banked here for 26 years... Yet that gets you absolutely no loyalty benefits or trust with them. They wouldn't even let me cash my son's check when I'm his Power of Attorney, with paperwork to prove it, even though I have had my account there for that long. Also it takes wayyy too long compared to my other bank for debits to be taken from me account after using my card, often several days.

Avoid getting loans here. First of all, they doxx you and want to know irrelevant parts of your life. Then they will very, veeeery slowly respond to any requests for information (if they respond at all), but they'll send out those threatening letters, express. They screen phone calls; I've had someone go in to verify the guy I needed to talk to was present and available. They will ignore you for months at a time, and even try forcing you into penalties of your contract; very dirty tactics at Cloverbelt Credit Union. If you want to refinance, like during the political pandemic, they will drag their feet and break their own rules to stall in order to maintain a highly unreasonable interest rate, and you'll have to hire a lawyer to enforce the rules, they're probably even breaking laws here; they simply will not reduce your interest rate. They'll even lie to you and say everything is complete, then never tell you that they never actually finalized anything. And they will never compensate you for their "error".
