I had a loan through this bank. They used a 3rd party to manage the repayments for those loans. I was unsure if I'd be around one month so I sent two payments in at the same time, same envelope. A few months later I get a letter saying I had a late payment. I looked through cashed checks and saw they cashed both checks but only gave me credit for one payment. When I called to ask and complain the bank told me I can only send in one payment per envelope which was never told to me nor did I see it anywhere in writing in my loan docs. So they were able to cash two checks but not able to process two payments, sounds like they just don't care about anything but the $$$. Fast forward to after my last payment. I thought I was done but no once again I get a letter months later saying I will be reported and it will affect my credit score if I don't immediately pay them. I call the bank and the woman I spoke with was rude and told me it was my responsibility to know how much I still owe on the loan. How would I know I still owe them money if it was my last payment coupon and I got zilch in info from the bank until they threatened to report me to credit agencies? The rude woman I spoke to told me I would have to call to speak to loan officer to find out what the final payoff was. The loan officer I spoke to actually had some customer service skills to my relief and I was able to get a letter of what the payoff was. I will never use this bank again for anything and don't recommend it.

All of the tellers and other associates are beyond helpful and patient. I'm also loving their mobile banking; so user-friendly and many useful features. After only a couple of lobby visits, the are already in a first name basis with my five year old.
