Incompetent people in their loan center in Michigan. I changed banks and they got the information wrong and my loan payment was not Corrected for several weeks. I have spent hours trying to correct

I could never talk to a person you always have to go there when they make a mistake. I have to drive 20 miles to get there because there’s never no answer.

I relocated 1 yr ago today. I can't tell how much my banking experience has improved since the merger of Apple Tree credit union with Advia has has improved being a long term member of Advia. WOW!
