I was a first time car buyer through a dealership, and Kelly Masnica was beyond fantastic when helping me get set up with a loan for the vehicle. She made the experience painless and easy to navigate. And best of all, she was able to get me a rate much lower than I was anticipating. I would highly recommend her services and those of Glacier Hills Credit Union.

My son’s car had to be junked less than a week before Christmas. So we called Kelli in the loan department at GHCU on a Friday and had a check in hand by the following Tuesday for him to purchase a used car before the holidays. She was fast at responding and very helpful along way. Even making sure to get him the best interest rate. Very sweet and easy to talk too. I highly recommend calling her if you need a loan.

Katie Carlson is wonderful to work with! Very quick and knowledgeable on my auto loan which that in itself makes me want to be a new long time customer. 5 stars for her kindness and professionalism! I will say 4 stars for the online banking/mobile app on what I feel that Glacier is behind with technology compared to other banks and credit unions that I've used. Specifically the user ability to make online payments when and how I want too. Certainly not the worst online banking I've used in the past as there are quite a few companies that are just terrible with that but all in all I am happy with Glacier Hills.

The interaction I had with Carrie was excellent. She was exceptionally kind, patient, and attentive. She listened carefully, answered questions clearly, and made the entire experience feel easy and supportive. Her warm demeanor and professionalism created a positive impression and made me feel valued as a member. I worked in customer service for the better part of 40 years and I know its not an easy job. I appreciate her help and would gladly recommend her to others. Not sure who gets to read these but I sure hope you pass this one on to her, she needs to know she's doing it right!
