Jenny, the loan officer I had, was super fantastic with skills / professionalism and efficiency that were 2nd to none and to make your time there pleasant, her sence of humor was uplifting and worthy of a 5 star stage performance. That was just a bonus on top of the entire process of applying and receiving a loan made so smooth. A true asset to the company. Thanks 😊

They may have credit union in their name but they will treat you like a big bank would. Terrible customer service (if you can actually get anyone on the phone) and they will give you the run around for days instead of trying to help. Employees are unpleasant here and I've not experienced any other credit union with this type of hostile atmosphere towards their customers. Do yourself a favor and find a different credit union.

This is an ADDITIONAL review as my spouse still banks with this institution, and has for several decades. They indicated that his account was at risk for fraud (which it was not) we recently traveled and returned from Florida and someone called him and urged him to close his current debit card and get another one due to "suspicious" activity. He agreed. This new debit card was supposedly ordered and to be mailed to our mailing address in 7-10 days (from 4-7-25) We utilize a PO box and have for the last 5 years-which is where his checks and banking statements from this institution get mailed too...NO SURPRISE we use a PO box.... have for several years which can be observed. He called after 2 and 3 and now 4 weeks of not receiving it. He was told on two other occasions to "keep waiting and call back" Well now we are exactly FOUR weeks-28 DAYS (today 5-5-25) after it was re-ordered and he called AGAIN and was told it could "not be shipped to our PO box that he needed to pick it up from the credit union directly"......seriously......it magically appeared after 4 weeks?!? Where is the critical thinking and customer service for a member of 25+ years?!? I cannot stress enough they are a poorly organized institution that DOES NOT put a great emphasis on customer service. They are negligent and are a biased institution, likely because of my honest feedback with another nightmare of trying to apply for a HELOC a year or two ago. Well it will continue until my husband has the time to find a different institution. Please AVOID BROKAW CREDIT UNION and save yourself the hassle and frustrations that go along with this establishment!
