Jaida was super helpful! I came in unexpected and gave her a task that I thought would take a few hours, but she made me feel important and valued by having everything to me within minutes! I know she must have had to drop other things she was doing to do all this for me so I really appreciate her! I cant end this without mentioning Jenn too! Her smile is contagious and she is always able to answer my questions or point me in the right direction to someone who helps. Overall I absolutely LOVE banking at Members Advantage

To be perfectly honest, I've had issues with members advantage for years. They literally do not have any way for you to make payments on loans over the phone or online. Their policies are really annoying and inconvenient, their app is borderline useless if you're just looking to pay a loan. I don't normally post reviews but it's honestly super frustrating. They almost try to force you into banking with them, and working around their policies has literally put my financial situation in the gutter on several occasions. Would not recommend.

Today i went through the drive thru with my boyfriend. Nobody was in any of the bays. The woman who was the drive up teller was so rude. She asked what he needed and cut him off before he was even done telling her. Instead of helping him she turned and started laughing and talking with 2 coworkers. We sat until a young man came up. He also only did 1/2 of what was asked. This is becoming quite a regular occurrence. We have never shown rudness or disrespect and don't expect to receive it considering it never used to be like this and he has banked there for years. Only reason there are any stars is because there are 2 women that are always wonderful...

Waited on hold for 20 minutes for a simple question until they closed at 1, so I will have to wait until Monday to have my question answered.

I went in to inquire about a dormancy fee that I received. Right from the get go I got attitude from the second teller. She was by far the rudest woman. Every question I asked was met with a “ I don’t know” or “ I’m not the one who makes the rules”. There was no customer service and I am strongly motivated to close my account.
Weekdays 9am–4pm typically have the shortest wait times for new member inquiries.
