Last year my debit card cracked in half in my wallet. I went on my lunch break to this branch to have a new one made. It took a 1 hour and 32 minute wait in the lobby from the time I asked the teller for a new card, until she came back with the new card. In that time I applied online for a new account at a local bank. In that time the account manager of Banner Capital Bank called me to tell me my new account was open, and my debit card was printed and waiting for me. From the time i received that call until blue had finished printing my debit card I had time to eat my lunch. I drained my blue account the next day and no one from blue ever contacted me until I received this letter in the mail threatening fees. The good news is Banner Capital Bank is wonderful to do business with. Anytime I call Mike answers the phone first ring and knows who I am. The tellers all know me whan I walk in. Ive never waited in a line. My checkings, savings, money market, and CDs all pay me significantly higher interest rates at Banner Capital Bank then I earned at blue.

Brielle was extremely helpful, kind, and very clear throughout the whole process. She explained everything in a way that was easy to understand and made opening my account simple and stress free. I really appreciate her professionalism and patience. Highly recommend working with her if you’re opening an account here.

I went one day and they didn’t have enough time to set up my new account so I scheduled an appointment with amber to start another account with them and she made me wait and took another client in front of me. Pretty sad planning and scheduling when I made my appointment. Especially since I’m a paying client with them already with multiple accounts.

Jenn at the Loveland branch is absolutely outstanding — one of the best banking professionals I’ve ever worked with. She’s the only reason I’ve updated my review from one star to five. Please don’t lose her as an employee; she is truly a rare asset. Unfortunately, my experience at the Cheyenne branch was the complete opposite. Patrick, in particular, was the most difficult individual I’ve encountered in my 22 years as a bank manager in the auto industry. He lacks basic professional courtesy, empathy, and customer care. Frankly, he is not a suitable choice for a management role and would greatly benefit from retraining, if not reconsideration for the position altogether. My encounters with Jessica and Amanda there only reinforced this poor impression. In short: Loveland’s Jenn exemplifies excellence, while the Cheyenne branch demonstrates the opposite I recommend strongly. Patrick goes back to training and ethics class.
