I have been a member since 1993, and the people who work here are some of the most wonderful and kind people you could hope to know. They have treated me like family for 26 years. They know your name and take the time to get to know you. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

My mother collects monthly alimony from my father. My mother contacted Cheyenne Laramie Credit Union to see what their policy was on checks that haven't yet been cashed. She never gave her name nor her contact information. One of the tellers decided to take the legal obligation of my father as a good time to give him a heads up that a number of his checks were going to be cashed out. This company is an out right joke. They are breaking a number of privacy laws and inserting themselves into a nasty family feud. Like I said before, my mother never gave her name so not only was this teller taking a risk in assuming but making a mockery of her job description. If she wanted to be a detective I suggest she find herself another position. If you want your information to be protected and private I highly recommend using another bank
