I will never bank at any other financial institution. First Education FCU actually cares about their members. They aren’t out to make money off of the people that keep them afloat, they genuinely care and want to help. I cannot count how many times they have helped me and saved me from huge issues in the long run. I actually enjoy going inside because everyone is so friendly and they genuinely know me and my family. I cannot say enough good things about this credit union but you would be crazy not to enroll with them. I’ve been a member for almost 20 years and will be a member for the rest of my life because they have earned my trust and my patronage. The absolute best financial institution in Wyoming, and probably in the entire USA.

I love this credit union! My family has been banking with them for years and stick with them for a reason. After extended periods of living abroad, I have ran into so many issues in terms of card blockage, transfer problems, etc. and the staff at First Education always goes above and beyond to help me. They always treat you like family and work quickly to solve any problem. Absolutely would recommend!

If you want modern conveniences that most major banks provide don't bank here. Their security authentication is so outdated, Venmo won't accept transfers from them. Online purchases are frequently declined as well do to this. If rather have convenience and security than be recognized by name when I visit my branch. I would give them zero stars, but it wasn't an option. Been an account holder for almost a year, nothing but hassles.

I have appreciated their exceptional customer service since the very first day. It is like a family. I’ve been treated like I truly matter with each and every transaction. Everyone the goes above and beyond which is rare these days. I am grateful.

We have dealt with 1st Education for almost 15 yes. We have our mortgage, car and other loans with them. The application process for loans is easy, quick and professional! We tried another banking facility as we had a close relative employed there...we now have all our finances back to 1st Education. Esther and Cortney are just the best!! n
