Recently, I had two of my cards wanted a debit and the other credit card hacked. Someone was trying to make substantial purchases so I went to Wyhy to get the cards canceled and to deny any fraudulent charges the person at the front desk. Luckily was Jamie. She was fantastic immediately knew what to do and proceeded to accomplish what needed to be done. She canceled the debit card and submitted to have new cards made for both myself and my wife and while that was in progress, she took my information and called the phone number on the credit card. She worked through the process to get that card canceled and replaced. Normally, I am supposed to call the number on the back of the card which I did, but the lady I talked to was not very helpful and could not complete my request. She informed me that I needed to call the local number for Wyhy and work through my issues with the card servicing department. That is why I went to the credit union to talk to someone face-to-face and I’m certainly glad I did like I referred to above. Jamie went above and beyond to take care of the problem and ensure that I had new debit cards to use while the rest of my problem was being worked on she worked with a credit card folks to get the card replaced and for that, I am truly thankful why High is lucky to have Jamie for an employee as she demonstrates the true spirit of customer service and professionalism, and how she conducts business. She is truly an accepted general Person. Please pass my thank you on Jamie for helping me with my credit debit card problems.

When we opened my daughters account (@16) we were told how easy the process would be to get a loan for a car. This has been the slowest most unhelpful process… 4 days to get a pre approval… hung up on twice, and 5+ hours at the dealership and we still haven’t heard from the underwriter. If I could give 0 stars at this point I would.

My wife and I just recently purchased a new home in Wyoming and we secured our mortgage loan through Wy Hy Federal Credit Union. We worked with the Mortgage Loan Officer, Brittney Wagner-Tapia from Wy Hy FCU. Brittney is the only Mortgage Loan Officer with Wy Hy and with mortgage loan interest rates coming down (Wy Hy FCU had the best rates), she no doubt is one busy lady. However, she came through for us and helped us get all the required loan documents together for approval. Once the loan was approved, she facilitated the completion of all the other necessary loan paperwork in preparation for our closing date. Brittney was very efficient in helping to make sure we hit our targeted closing date and although it was going to be tight, she got it done and we closed with no issues on our scheduled closing date. My wife and I are very appreciative for all of Brittney's help in navigating the purchase of our new home in Wyoming. It's been 26 years since we last closed on a house so her help and guidance were helpful in walking us through all that's involved. Bill and Karrin Campbell

If you are going to use the them for a car loan DO NOT DO IT. The company looks like a good deal but it isn’t . They make it impossible to get a hold of especially if you missed a payment . They will lock you out of the online banking and when you call the customer line it will ask for a password. If you make a big payment ( like 2-3 months at 1 time ) they will hold that money for a week but as they are holding the money they will charge you for non payment and send it to collections . After the release of the hold you will be required to pay the collection fee. Each employee tells you something different about their protocols . This company is nothing but a headache especially if you are not in their home state .

Extremely poor experience, I reached out for a loan and it took weeks to hear back, even after a hard hit on my credit right away. I had to call about 7 times to receive updates and was told "Brandi sent me an email" that I absolutely never received. Would recommend staying far away from this business.
