An associate and I needed assistance with getting access to a long standing account held by the non-profit we are now officers of. We were assisted by Brannon at the Lander site who took a lot of time with us ensuring that everything was not only done correctly, but that we would have a clear understanding of the account management going forward. I was so pleased with the outcome of the experience that I actually looked for this opportunity to share my experience! Thanks for the excellent customer service and respect shown to us!

When I'm in the credit union, the customer service is great. But if I need to call, you literally never get anyone to answer and the message is that you'll get a call right back--that doesn't happen. ACFCU used to have the best customer service all the way around and I can't always go to the credit union to get my questions answered. I hope you figure out the phone calls and answering.
