Regularly locks me out of my account, customer service is not helpful. DO NOT use them if you plan on ever being away from a branch. I do a lot of traveling and thankfully theyve only ever caused me problems while im in town, but their customer service doesn't extend far beyond "tough shit come into the branch". Not worth the trouble, id drop them today if switching banks wasn't such a pain. They do not care if them locking you out of your account stops you from being able to buy food, gas, or pay your bills. Feels like a dice roll with them every time i leave the house.

I would just like to leave a review for Michael C. I called in several days ago about a late loan payment, as the app doesn’t let won’t allow a funds transfer after a certain number of days. Well, not only was the woman who initially took my call not very helpful, but several days later I went to make my next payment, just to find that she had never transferred the funds to my loan the first time I called. I had to call again and spoke with Michael who was really helpful in transferring the funds correctly. He was patient and turned what was originally a very sour experience into a great one!

If you’re in the market for a loan officer, let me save you the trouble: just go straight to Shawn Coast at UniWyo. Seriously, the man makes financing feel less like paperwork and more like a conversation with a friend. Honestly, UniWyo should keep an eye on him—loan officers like Shawn don’t come around often. And if anyone at UniWyo is reading this: give this man a raise before someone else snaps him up. 10/10, would finance again.

Sold out years back to a bigger bank. ATM fees from the bank on top of the ATM fee from the ATM. Customer service is always garbage. Left me stranded in the UK after the incompetent workers didn’t adjust my cards area like I called multiple times to do so. The interest earning rate is garbage. Garbage bank. Do not go here

Great rates, but robotic cordiality doesn’t make up for the lack of competent or timely customer service. Also, ever since they merged with Reliant I’ve gotten scam calls related to my account information. Seems like a leak…
