They do not even deserve one star! This bank has the worst intentions for you and your money and your business. They waste more paper than the advertising companies in the mail! All they care about is making money, and they do not want to work with you on anything! The one decent person left years ago, and ever since and they’ve continued to get worse! I recommend RUNNING TO ANOTHER BANK than even deal with this place! Worst customer service I have ever experienced!

Worst customer service I have experienced. Every time I contacted them about my debit card not working I was made to feel like I was an idiot and didn't know how to use it. The woman on the phone was rude right out of the gate and kept giving me reasons why it wasn't working even though every reason she came up with I let her know was not the case all to end with "well we can issue you a new card but it will cost you $10". That was the only solution given to me because apparently they couldn't see anything wrong with it on their end. We pulled our money from them after that and will never go back.

Absolutely the worst. Do not recommend. The loan officer did not know what he was doing. Did not tell the truth on several different occasions. Had to finally go over his head to a supervisor to anything done. Worst experience ever.

Their online banking showed me my balance was available. It was green. So I made a purchase and had a bill come through. They charged me an over draft fee and refused to reverse it even though their online banking system showed it as available. I was told it would be reversed. Then I was called back and told that I was wrong and they wouldn’t be reversing it. I asked to have Cindy call me and she never did. Their online banking system is constantly having issues and the whole bank itself went down completely and I had to pay my rent late at the beginning of February.

Terrible hours if you have a real job. They also basically close down for two hours around lunch everyday. Website and app are constantly down. If you enter a wrong password on the app or website 3 times your account gets locked and cannot be opened until a human (during their terrible hours) unlocks it again. Incredibly frustrating to do any kind of business with
